What a challenging year! The world faced so many difficulties along the way and certainly, we can’t forget the lessons we learned in a tough and unusual year like 2020. And we couldn’t let it end without writing a letter to you.


This is the first year that 4P established this type of communication. Blog and instagram are big parts of our relationship now and without your support, it wouldn’t be possible. We came up with a more friendly language to bring customers closer. We have had our customers’ support since 2005 and we appreciate the support you offered in our new endeavors.


Thinking of that, we have so much more in store. 2021 will bring new updates system-wise, and that is because of our incredible and driven team that works hard every day to give you the best experience. We are still here to listen, adjust and provide the best solutions to your needs!

We are always working on new features to improve our system and to offer our clients new possibilities. Now, it is time to talk about Recurring Orders and Subscriptions! Our development team took a few months to create this new tool that will automatically create orders respecting the period that your final customer selected for the goods.


So let’s say you have a pet store. For every 6 months, your customer needs to receive a certain medication for his dog - once a month. Instead of coming to your store every time and placing lots of orders, they can simply subscribe to automatically purchase this product for the date range they need.


What will 4P do? We will automatically create a new order when the time comes. You will be able to change the periods of time and the payment method any time - if needed. A full list of subscriptions will be available for you to manage so you can keep track of your recurring orders.


Right now, this option is in BETA. We are planning to launch it very soon. But you heard it first here, right?
