1 - Fraud score
In this feature, we secure an extra layer of protection for your team before they fulfill the order. You can create rules - as you like - to trigger color warnings: red, yellow or green. You may want to be alerted when something is off with the end customer address, the payment or even a ZIP code that is not accurate. 4P offers several parameters in that feature. Use it to help you throughout your daily processes and you will see how helpful it can be.
2 - User roles
If you are already a 4P client, you know that you can add as many company users as you like to make use of the system. Doesn't matter how big or small your company is, 4P can accommodate all of your internal team to use 4P simultaneously. The user roles exist so you can mimic the hierarchy of your company when using 4P. We offer to the store owner a complete list with all the roles and their meanings. So, the store owner can add and assign a different role to each one of the company's employees. By doing so, you can be sure that a 4P user has boundaries and limits to what they can see based on their role.
3 - Credit Card information not stored or displayed
4P does not keep track of the end customer’s credit card information. We pull the information to allow you to fulfill your orders normally, and provide you with a secure way to reauthorise a charge. This is a security measure that exists to avoid any leaks or unauthorized use of your client's credit card.
