When you sign with 4P, we deliver your account with all your stores hooked up, your suppliers, carriers and all the basic technical setups to get you started. Surely, if you are already a client of ours, you had the orientation session with all of these details. One of the highlights of our platform is the possibility to create your own status for your orders, just so you can better control your operations and have your own terminology into the system.
Note that we have default order statuses that cannot be deleted. You can rename them, but the action of these particular statuses will remain the same. But when it comes to your creations, you can play around as you wish.
Perhaps you want to have a status named "partially shipped". You can add it to the system and it will appear as an option for every order so you can set their status to "partially shipped" whenever needed. Or maybe you manufacture your products and you wish to have a status named "in development". You can create it and mark the orders accordingly.
