KnowledgeBase: How to learn better and faster?

4Psite is a robust system with lots of features. We see our platform as a wide and comprehensive solution that provides multiple ways to operate. We want you to be prepared to use it at its full potential and in the best possible way to meet your business needs. The 4P KnowledgeBase is one of our latest additions to your learning process.

Our account managers are always ready to give you unlimited training, one hour per session. We consider live training sessions to be effective if done properly in the limit of one hour and by giving you at least one day to test things on your own. As a side tool, often the account managers will also send you user guides and documentation after meetings. Now, the fundamental ones exist on the KnowledgeBase.

Logged into 4P, you will notice a few links at the bottom of your account. Knowledge base is in bold text, right before our terms and conditions link. If you click on the knowledge base, you can view documents about basic topics, like inventory, shipping etc.

Remember that these manuals contain Confidential and Proprietary Information that is available for 4P's customers only, and is not meant to be shared for any other purpose. 4P's team is updating the content continuously to assist our customers along the way.
