4PsileLink is Innovative and the most Efficient & Cost effective Multi Channel Back Office Solution, The 4PsiteLink is a Web Based  System and fully integrated with the Yahoo! backend.
You will continue to add your products to your eCommerce Store/s using the Yahoo! simple wizard or upload information from a spreadsheet or database. You will continue to create the detailed catalog of the products you sell online, with product descriptions, SKU numbers, sizes, colors, prices, and any other custom fields you would like to add.  

4PL will centralize and synchronize your Order Management from Advanced and Automated Shipping, Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Manual Orders, CRM, to Accounting Integration with QuickBooks:

Acquiring orders
• Order are pulled automatically from your stores/sales channels in real time or batch, subject to the store/sales channel capabilities
• The receiving process checks inventory and convert item code to the specific option coded SKU
• Order are scanned fro potential fraud; domestic shipping addresses are validated using USPS database
• Items are assigned to drop/shippers if applicable
• Order status is set according to payment status and fraud score
• You can modify items on incoming orders, charge/credit/authorize credit cards and approve orders for fulfilment.


CRM
• 4PL enables you to create email templates to fit your specific requirements
• email can be sent directly from the order detail screen or from the multi-purpose screens (group of orders, back orders, etc.)
• You can also mange your single/multiple use coupons via 4PL and easily email coupons to your customers
• 4PL will enable you to keep notes per orders and also assign tasks to your team
• All transactions are logged into the CRM system, so you can have a full overview of your interaction with your customers


Pick/pack
• You can either print packing slips by range or orders, by orders status or use our print-batch process to print newly received orders.
• The batch includes inventory pull sheet (sorted by warehouse/BIN and SKUs), packing slips and invoices.
• The printed packing slips includes bar-coded order number for easy retrieval


Shipping
• System will enable you to ship only shippable orders; order that are not in pending/review/cancelled status and only items that are not on back order, shipped or assigned to your drop/shippers.
• Shipping labels can be created in batch mode or one by one
• 4PL will default the selected shipping methods based on your preferences
• To avoid mistakes, system will not let you create a shipping label for orders that were already shipped
• System enables you to save money by comparing shipping rates by the relevant shipping carriers/methods; shipping rates are based on your negotiated or agreed rates
• 4PL is seamless integrated with USPS, UPS and FedEx; it's a server to server communication and you do not have to export your orders, import the orders to your shipping program or cut & paste the tracking information back to your store/sales channels
• The shipping module enables you to create shipping labels & postage for full or partial shipments and supports multi-box shipments
• Using 4PL advanced shipping program you can scan the items and verify that you ship the right items in the right quantity.
• Once the shipping label created, 4PL will automatically post the shipping information back to the originating store/sales channels and will capture the funds from your customer credit card
• You can select shipping options like Saturday delivery, Signature required etc. as well as insurance including 3rd party insurance
• 4PL will also enables you to easily create return shipping labels that are automatically emailed to your customer
• To avoid mistakes or fraud, you can scan the packages before you handed them to the driver, and 4PL will notify you if the same shipping labels was already scanned
• The shipping history log enables your to easily void labels or to re-print previously created labels
• The shipping cost analysis report will help your to calculate your shipping profit/loss and can be exported to Excel for further analysis

 

Drop/shipping
• 4PL can assign items to drop/shippers based on account global parameter, item specific parameter or ad-hock using the order detail screen
• Orders can be transmitted to your drop/shipper either manually per order or drop/shipper or automatically via the 4PL scheduler
• 4PL interact with your drop/shippers in various technologies - emails, FTP or web services, subject to your drop/shipper capabilities. Our automated processes can pull inventory, transit orders and pull tracking information
• Using the 4PL drop/shipper file wizard you can specify your transmitted order files structure per drop/shippers for better flexibility
• System enables you to monitor your drop/shippers order in process
• Subject to your authorization, drop/shippers can access 4PL to view their orders and to report tracking information
• 4PL developed a unique technique to pull shipping information directly from UPS should your drop/shipper is using your UPS account


Inventory & purchase orders
• 4PL will track inventory in real time and adjust the available inventory based on the shipping or receiving events
• Using 4PL API you can inquiry stock availability should you want to use the information on your shopping cart or product page. The API will also enable you to offer your customer to register to be notified when back ordered items are available again
• To manage your inventory you can use the inventory status report, fast/slow movers reports as well as the inventory value report
• 4PL's inventory system can mange stock for items that are sold as kits
• System will notify you, via email, every day on items that are out of stock or need to be ordered
• Using the purchase order program you can easily create purchase orders to your suppliers. 4PL will actually create for your a recommend P.O. based on your re-order point, re-order quantity and the available stock


Returns management
• 4PsiteLink helps you handling returns and exchanges - RMAs.
• Your customer may request an RMA, (Return Merchandise Authorizations).
• With a click on a button you can send a label to your customer.
• The returns and exchanges can be handled with or without the RMAs and can include all items or partial order.
• You will decide on applying credit/refund or/and exchange.
• The returned item can be recorded to the applicable status, to be restocked to be sold on eBay (by using the 4PsiteLink eBay lister) or to be returned to the supplier.
• You will have various reports to manage the returns items, such as: Returns by Drop/Shipper report, Returned by Disposition and more.

The 4PL Integrated Order Management System supports: Wholesale Support, Manual Order Entry, Business Intelligence and QuickBooks Integration. As a multichannnel System,   4PL supports also eBay lister and Orders Management integration with Amazon, eBay, Sears, Shop.com and more.
