Your customer may request an RMA, (Return Merchandise Authorizations).
With a click on a button you can send a label to your customer.
The returns and exchanges can be handled with or without the RMAs and can include all items or partial order.
You will decide on applying credit/refund or/and exchange.
The returned item can be recorded to the applicable status, to be restocked to be sold on eBay (by using the 4PsiteLink eBay lister) or to be returned to the supplier.
You will have various reports to manage the returns items, such as: Returns by Drop/Shipper report, Returned by Disposition and more.
